Kids Leadership Conference

The Kids Leadership Conference, organized by Sri Lanka Unites, is a transformative event designed to empower young minds and nurture future leaders. This annual conference brings together children from diverse backgrounds across Sri Lanka, fostering unity, understanding, and leadership skills.

Participants are selected through a rigorous process that ensures a diverse representation of ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The conference is held twice a year, providing opportunities for more children to participate and benefit from this enriching experience.

The conference is open to children aged 8 to 14, who engage in a variety of interactive workshops, team-building activities, and inspirational sessions led by experienced mentors. The aim is to break down barriers and encourage children to embrace diversity and work collaboratively towards a peaceful and prosperous future.

Through this experience, young leaders are equipped with the tools and confidence to become ambassadors of reconciliation and positive change in their communities.
